EXPERT GUIDANCE
As your Personal Trainer, Jessica has passed a Diploma in Exercise Therapy and Rehabilitation, as well as ongoing professional development with the CHEK Institute, Poliquin Group, and eventuated a senior position at Power& Posture until 2020. In the field of physical therapy Jessica has completed a competency based internship at Optimum Muscular Health | Myotherapy Melbourne.
