A guided 1:1 journey for those ready to move beyond emotional reactivity and step into grounded, embodied leadership.
Rooted in The Spiral framework, this process supports the release of unconscious conditioning, stagnant emotional patterns, and limiting beliefs stored across seven levels of the human experience (mapped through the chakra system).
Through a blend of intuitive inquiry, somatic awareness, and energetic clearing, we work together to unravel the imprints of guilt, shame, fear, anger, pride, desire, and illusion—freeing your system to return to clarity, wholeness, and authentic alignment.
The Awakening Formula© helps you identify core beliefs and inherited conditioning that may be at the core of your stressors, doubt, and reactivity and shed light on ‘where’ you may be standing in our own way to growth and happiness. It is a comprehensive system developed to help you cultivate clarity, self efficiency, expression, and wealth on all levels of life.

Format & Delivery
The Awakening Formula is delivered as a 1:1 journey across 9 private sessions over 2–3 months. Each session runs for 75–90 minutes and is offered in person or online (Zoom).
